Remote User Testing. Its about time

So what is it? Well its not that different from traditional User Testing where participants are recruited to be tested under lab conditions. The exception with Remote Usability is that it takes advantage of sophisticated software that has been developed in the last few years to allow the participant to be tested in their real world environment i.e. home or office.
The Testing User analysis combines Remote Usability Testing with expert review to allow the client to connect with their users and have the findings presented to them in a board room ready format.
